Hello, this is obviously the first post of my new blog. I'll be answering a few questions that I'm sure will creep up if I ever have any readers, and if I don't then I've just made an extensive post that I can look back at and help fix up the blog and the way it looks.
So the main question to clear through would be "What is Building Brandon?"
Answer, it's my blog, mainly made so I can track my progress through lifting weights and just to kind of record my feelings towards the supplements that I am taking.
Another question I can imagine might come up is "Who are you?"
My answer to that is, I'm just a guy, I live in central florida, I was born in 1987, and I'm currently looking for a job because when I moved here I couldn't transfer from my old job. But it's only been 2 days since I started looking, so not really expecting much.
Lastly, the other question I would like to premptively answer is "What kind of information are you looking to provide on your blog?"
I'm looking to give you insight into my progress in my quest to be in better shape, and help you see the effects of my set of supplements in a practical usage. It's hard to look at scientific studies that say "This increases such and such by 200%, and body builders said it's the world's greatest lifting product they've ever used". From me I eat pretty poorly, mostly things like chipotle, subway, cereal, philly cheesesteaks, mostly whatever I feel like eating.
Just a note before I post this information, I am using an electronic scale that measures my weight, but also apparently my body fat percentage. I think it's incorrect, but I figure if I keep using the same system of measurement, whether it's dead on or not I'll be able to track my progress even if it estimates my weight and bf high, it'll adjust based on how I am progressing.
So heres the information I feel like providing for today:
Name: Brandon Rising
Date recorded: April 30th, 2009
Age: 21
Weight: 179lbs
Body fat: 21%
the next recording date will be May 10th, I want to start recording and reporting on sunday mornings.
Thanks for reading.
